Jay is a Middle TN-based realtor with EXIT Real Estate Solutions and a co-founder of the Dugan Home Team. He works with real estate investors, buyers, and sellers to make confident, well-informed decisions—whether that means evaluating ROI, cash flow, and long-term equity growth, or finding the right place to call home. His approach is hands-on, data-driven, and rooted in local market knowledge. Jay was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and lives in Gallatin, TN with his wife and 2 daughters.
